Hello and welcome to SPRING Wellbeing.

My Name is Andrea Wady, I’m a 40 something mother of two from Windsor, Berkshire.

After having my second child in 2009  I decided to retrain as a coach and pilates teacher. I loved my commercial Job as Head of Retail for Levi Strauss UK  so retraining in a totally new field was not a decision I took lightly.  However, deep down I knew that 70 hour plus weeks and having somebody else do the ‘mummy’ bit just wasn’t making me happy.

I’d always been passionate about personal development and growth, both other peoples and my own. I also knew that ‘wellbeing’ was not just about how our bodies felt, but our minds too.

In 2010 I enrolled on a part-time Masters Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business school (part of the University of Reading) and graduated with a distinction in 2014.

At the same time I completed my Level 3 Diploma in mat work pilates with Drummond Education in Maidenhead.

I set up my private coaching practice in 2011 and my pilates studio opened in January 2015.

After completing my comprehensive teacher training with Balanced Body in 2016, I completed the bePilates Apprenticeship Programme: 190 Hours of focused 1-1 training, observation and teaching under the guidance of a Balanced Body Master Trainer. In addition I frequently attend both CPD workshops and teacher only pilates classes.

With eating-well and nutrition always being a passion of mine I have resently completed a year long Diploma in Applied Nutrition with the Sano School of Culinary Medicine and qualified as a Nutrition Coach in 2021
