WELLNESS, NUTRITION & LIFE coaching

So what exactly is coaching? In simple terms coaching invites you to think more expansively about any current issues or challenges you maybe facing in a non-judgemental, supportive, unbiased environment.

From eating for health, personal and profession wellbeing or weight-loss, all manner of topics can be covered by coaching. My role is to help you identify clear goals and make positive, lasting change in order to reach your full potential. My coaching style is collaborative and non-directive, encouraging you to think for yourself and to gain greater insight and awareness of how your thinking both helps and hinders you in the achievement of your goals.

All too often we are not actively encouraged to think for ourselves – the beauty of coaching is that it gives us the space to do just that.

I am a business school trained coach, certified NLP practitioner, certified nutrition coach and also certified to administer and process Step I and Step II of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument (MBTI ®). The MBTI assessment raises self awareness, which enables you to gaining insights about yourself and how you interact with others. It provides a framework which we use in the coaching sessions to drive positive change, build better relationship, harnessing innovation for the achievement of your goals.
